Want to use all those scraps you've been saving?
Toothbrush rugs are colorful, durable, and a joy to make. Gather up your scraps or nine yards of your favorite fabrics and get ready to make a rug of your choosing. "Toothbrush Rugs" are best made from torn strips of 100% cotton fabric and a modified toothbrush. You can use all different lengths and it is a great scrap buster. Cotton strips ravel less, are more absorbent, and are incredibly soft and gentler on the hands.
A fast-tearing technique shows you how to tear all your fabric in just minutes. One basic stitch is used to make the rug quickly and with ease. No sewing is required. Many rugs that are handmade are hard on your hands. Our rug-making method is relaxing and fun. All projects are machine washable, dryable, and last for years!
